Help Us Build the First Concrete Skatepark Inside a Refugee Camp

In May 2025, Make Life Skate Life will team up with Suli Skatepark to build a small concrete skatepark inside Barika Refugee Camp in Northern Iraq, the first of its kind in any refugee camp.

The Barika skatepark will enable the Suli Skatepark crew to expand their programs, reaching more kids in the camp while applying the skills they gained from building Baghdad Skatepark.

This project will empower young refugees by giving them a space to express themselves, build confidence, and heal through skateboarding.

We need $5,000 to make this happen. Your donation will help cover construction materials, equipment, and tools to bring this skatepark to life. Together, we can create a safe, positive space where refugee youth can find joy, resilience, and community.
